Total Synthesis of Biologically Active Compounds

We have utilized our Pd-mediated isomerization and amination methodology for the total synthesis of compounds with biological activity. Shown below are some of the targets we have worked on. These compounds all have vicinal aminoalcohol or diamine functionality.
